Chris Brown Prepares to Perform at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards

It’s one of the music industry’s biggest nights of the year, and earlier this evening Chris Brown made her arrival at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards (May 19).
The “Don't Judge Me” singer came ready to have a great time and got
all gussied up in some top-notch designer duds as he headed inside the
MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
